Before you order.
When will the video arrive?
Most videos are ready within an hour. Every video is ready within 24 hours. We send a private link by email from hello@sleighbellstudios.co.uk, so it is worth adding that address to your contacts.
Does Santa promise the presents on the list?
No. Santa talks warmly about what your child is hoping for, and never promises that anything will arrive. What appears on Christmas morning is entirely up to you.
How are the videos made?
Each one is written from your answers, then voiced and put to film. The videos are generated rather than filmed with actors, which is how we can make a different one for every child.
What do you do with my child’s details?
We only ask for what the script needs. No surname, no date of birth, no photographs and no school. The details are deleted 30 days after the video is delivered, and the video itself after 90 days.
Can I order for more than one child?
Yes. The family pack covers up to three children in one order, each with their own video and their own answers, at £49.99 whether you add one, two or three. For two children, two single videos work out cheaper.
How do we watch it?
Open the private link on a phone, a tablet or a computer. It fills the screen, it shares to a television in the usual way, and there is a download button so you can keep a copy.
